YogaFaith’s online and in-person trainings are designed to equip and propel you into your God calling. You will receive a world class Christian yoga training centered on the Word of God and powered by the Holy Spirit.
To achieve your 200 hour certification, simply add any immersion to the 100 hour online modules to earn your R-YFT 200.

YogaFaith University
This coaching and mentorship program was established specifically to support our students after graduation. Upon graduating at either the 100 or 200 hour level you will have the opportunity to be part of this amazing coaching platform where we give you all the tools to be successful in your YogaFaith yoga ministry.

No previous experience required. The YogaFaith training program is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The online learning modules include videos of each asana along with modifications. Then at immersion you get to practice everything you’ve learned online. Everything you need to teach Christian yoga with confidence is provided in YogaFaith training.
The YogaFaith training is self-inclusive so based on the thoroughness of the subject matter we cover, we do not accept hours from other organizations. If you already have a certification and just want to add a YogaFaith certification, the 100 hour learning modules will provide you everything you need.
Our 100-hour online module bundle is a great place to start if you are already certified at the 100-hour level and just want to add the faith component. Many students have done this and love being able to incorporate their Christian faith into their yoga classes.
Yoga Faith is proud to be a registered Master Training School with the Christian Yoga Association. Your 200-hour certification is all you will need to open doors of opportunity; However, if you would like to be part of an affiliation we have found CYA to be the best fit for our graduates.
You can certainly just do the 100-hour modules and receive a certification upon completion, however, the 200-hour certification is the gold standard in the industry. The large majority of our students do the full 200 hours and are glad they did. There is something that happens at immersion that just can’t be put into words.
