YogaFaith’s 100 and 200 hour Certification is our foundational programs designed to equip and empower both the beginner and advanced practitioner. You will receive a world class Christian yoga training centered on the Word of God.
You can achieve your Registered YogaFaith Trainer Certification (R-YFT) online at the 100 hour level or complete the online modules and attend a hands on immersion to achieve your 200 hour Certification. Get started with your YogaFaith Teacher Training today!

100 & 200 Hour Teacher Training Curriculum
Distant Learning modules are part of any teacher training. These modules can be started at anytime as part of your teacher training.
Upon completion of 5 self study modules you will achieve a Registered YogaFaith Trainer Certification at the 100 hour level; R-YFT 100. Upon completion you may begin teaching yoga and register with the Christian Yoga Association as a R-CYAT. We recommend completing this program within 6 to 12 months.
YogaFaith 200 Hr Teacher Training includes a wide variety of subject matter from a Biblical standpoint. Our students walk away with tools, techniques, skills, and a God confidence to begin teaching right away! Our in depth training will prepare your own successful Yoga Faith Ministry.
YogaFaith is proud to have a comprehensive and internationally accredited program through the Christian Yoga Association, and is an approved Continued Education Provider through The American Council of Exercise, NASM AFAA, and Intl. Association of Yoga Therapists. See Program Hours for details.
