Christian Yoga

Our Mission

To train, equip, resource and empower the body of Christ to fulfill their unique God given purpose; and to live successful christian lives through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our Vision

To create a global community of Yoga Faith ambassadors and instructors who will fulfill the great commission of making disciples throughout the earth.

Our Promise

To provide a world class training experience for our students and to foster a culture of excellence in everything we do, so that our internal and external customers feel loved, supported, and encouraged to fulfill their unique God given purpose and calling.

Our Hearts Desire

It is our desire to intimately connect people to Christ; mind, body, spirit and soul. We do this by providing a safe and nurturing environment for our students to grow not only in their yoga practice but spiritually and emotionally as well. Leadership and Discipleship are hallmarks woven into the fabric of every YogaFaith Training.

Our Story

Yoga Faith was birthed out of a 21 day period of prayer and fasting.

During that time of seeking the Lord for direction and clarity YogaFaith was born in 2013. We believe that much of the curriculum derived in the YogaFaith Trainings are from the Holy Spirit.

When everything around you looks like death and destruction just stay on your knees and keep walking, you are being planted for a very specific purpose and calling. Michelle Thielen | Yoga Faith Founder

YogaFaith’s Statement of Faith

The Bible

We believe the entire Bible is inspired by God and His Holy Spirit. It is free from any error and complete. The Bible is the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine. (1 Corinthians 2:13, 2 Timothy 3:16)

Creation

We believe in the creation according to the book of Genesis. That in the beginning was God, He created everything above and beneath the Heavens, He formed man from dust and breathed His Holy Spirit into his body. (The book of Genesis)

The Trinity

We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world, and left man His Holy Spirit as our present help and guide. (John 3:16, 14:26)

Salvation

We believe Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe Jesus was resurrected three days later and is coming again. (1 Corinthians 6:14, 1 Corinthians 15:14, Ephesians 2:89, Hebrews 9:22)

Water Baptism

We believe water baptism is an external symbol of the internal cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 8:1417, Matthew 28:1820)

Communion

We believe in the regular taking of Communion as an act of remembering what the Lord Jesus did for us on the cross. (1 Corinthians 11:2832)

Discipleship

We believe every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God’s Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being conformed to the image of Christ. We also believe in being rooted in the house of the Lord and staying connected to His people, your eternal family.

Eternal Life

We believe in eternal life for believers and eternal punishment for unbelievers (2 Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 20:1015, John 5:24; 3:16)
