## Program Format and Structure

The 100-hour training is **fully online and self-paced** -- students can start anytime, from anywhere in the world, and work at their own rhythm. There is no cohort schedule or required login times. Students receive **2-year access** to all course materials and lectures on the online platform, so they can revisit content throughout their teaching journey.
