YogaFaith Restorative Trainer
Restorative Teacher Training Program
Registered YogaFaith Restorative Trainer, R-YFRT
In a loud and chaotic world, prepare to restore and revive your soul. YogaFaith Restorative Training was created to help you live from a Sabbath heart, to cease from striving and begin abiding. Come with us as we show you how to take the Lord’s hand and keep your gaze on Him while His Holy Spirit breathes renewing breath into your physical body, your mind and your soul.
The required textbooks will be a welcoming season of relaxation and restoration. Enjoy teachings from first and foremost from God’s holy-breathed Word-the Bible, Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.d., Pastor and Author John Bevere, Yoga Therapist Michelle Thielen and author Bonnie Gray. Judith’s book Restore and Rebalance takes us through the anatomy of restorative yoga from the expert herself. Bonnie’s Whispers of Rest will create a deeply intimate journey with the Lord each day of your exploration of postures combined with her meditations. Michelle helps us redeem and reconcile biblical principles and techniques while elevating our prayer life in Stretching Your Faith. John Bevere’s The Bait of Satan will keep us from the deadliest trap of offense, the one thing that keeps you at unrest. Lastly, Mark Buchanan will change the rest of your life as he shows you how to restore Sabbath not only as a day, but as a lifestyle in The Rest of God.

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” Matthew 28-30, The Message
