    • Saturday
    • 10-11:30am CT: Yogafaith Yin w/ Sally
    • 30 minute break, refill your coffee and tea
    • Noon-1:30pm CT: YogaFaith for Depression w/ Michelle


Each session includes a yoga practice, special words of encouragement and precious time in the presence of Jesus… all from the comfort of your own home!

Wear your PJs, bring your pets, skip the makeup! We want to spend time with you and encourage you to breathe… relax… restore… keep hope.

This event is donation-based, but limited to 100 people. So don’t delay… sign up now and join us the first weekend of November.

We all need a reminder to breathe, we don’t want fiances to hold anyone back which is why we made this a minimum Donation of $10.
