If you are having account related problems, please refer to the following before submitting a support ticket.

  • Your account MUST be activated before you will be able to log in!
  • If you have not received the activation email, please check your email’s junk folder.
  • If you have not received a password reset email, please check your email’s junk folder.
  • Make sure you are using your Username to login and not your email address.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive, usernames are not.
