By registering for classes or services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below:

Updated Refund Policy through December 31st, 2023:

• If a training gets cancelled you may opt to transfer deposit, module and immersion monies paid to a future immersion at no cost, or you may choose to be issued a refund for the immersion part of your training.
• If your training is a live training and within 8 weeks and you opt for a refund we will deduct $300 as an administration fee for cancelling within 8 weeks of immersion.
• If your immersion takes place and it is outside of 8 weeks prior to immersion you may be eligible for a full refund on the immersion part of your training.
• If your immersion takes place and it is within 4 weeks of immersion you may transfer all monies paid to any future immersion within the next 12 months.
• If your immersion or training is moved to an online training you can chose to participate or be issued a refund.

Standard Immersion Refund Policy:

No refunds will be given for any immersions in which the student attends and participates in at least 1 full day of training. There are emergencies that arise, in the event of an emergency Yoga Faith will pro rate the number of training days and issue a refund for those days not attended. The amount will be based off the immersion part of the training only and not the modules.

We view the immersions as a sacred space and want to protect the learning interest of every student. Yoga Faith reserves the right to ask a student to leave immersion for any of the following reasons: Constantly disruptive in sessions, not respecting the teachers or their fellow students by constant negative comments, not participating with the group or continually leaving during sessions. Yoga Faith will give one warning. If this type of behavior continues that person will be asked to leave with no reimbursement for any of the training cost.

Since the hands on immersion is a sacred space, we want to maintain the intimacy and privacy of the group and there for we are asking that family members not be present at the immersion or graduation.  We have a very brief, respectively speaking, time together and it is a very intensive training. We apologize for this inconvenience.

• Early Bird Special discounts which are paid in full in advance cannot be refunded for any reason.  The immersion portion of the training excluding the module cost may be refunded by notifying Yoga Faith at least 60 days prior to immersion. No refunds will be issued on cancellations inside of 60 days from immersion. You can always transfer your funds to another immersion.
• Funds cannot be transferred if: an accountability partner or group have already been assigned or it is within 4 weeks of immersion. (Based on your paid reservation we count you “IN”. We then pay venues based on a specific head count).
• If your training is a live training and within 8 weeks and you opt for a refund we will deduct $300 as an administration fee for cancelling within 8 weeks of immersion.
• [All] Training’s ; 200 and 300 hour Immersion funds can be transferred to another immersion for a $100 Transfer Fee . If you have signed up for any immersion and can no longer attend, funds from a 200 or 300 hour training can be reimbursed (excluding modules) and may be able to transfer to the next 200 or 300 hour training for a $100 Transfer Fee.

• Yoga Faith Children’s YTT, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Faith, 12 Step Yoga Faith are just some of our Specialty Certification Programs : All material is immediately accessible and cannot be refunded for any portion.

Module Refund Policy

• Because all modules are immediately accessible after individual purchasing or purchasing an immersion in it’s entirety, we cannot issue any refund for materials that have already been viewed, received, or used, this applies to any and all Modules and instant downloads available at and through Yoga Faith.

• Yoga Faith Gift Cards are good for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any training or product in the Yoga Faith Store.

Merchandise Refund Policy

• Webinars/online training’s, scholarships, discounted tuition, Reserving Your Space or any application fees are non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase.
• Apparel; We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn and unused clothing.
• If an item is out of stock for an extended period of time, we are happy to issue a refund for your order.

Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale Disclaimer: 

All purchases during the week of the Black Friday Sale are final and cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions about the promotion or how it can be used.

Venue.

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action brought to enforce, or to construe or determine the validity or enforceability of, any term or provision of this Agreement shall properly lie in the District Court in Pierce County, Washington.  This Agreement and the rights of the parties here-under shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington including all matters of construction, validity, performance, and enforcement and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws.

Arbitration. 

(i)  The parties shall resolve any Dispute by arbitration pursuant to this Section and the then-current rules and supervision of a Christian based Christ Arbitration Association. If the parties are unable to agree upon a Christian based arbitration association then either party may apply to the state court in Pierce County, Washington who shall have jurisdiction solely for the purpose of  appointing an arbitrator.   The arbitration shall be filed and conducted in Pierce County, Washington before a single arbitrator who is knowledgeable in the general business field engaged in by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision and award shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.  To prevent irreparable harm, the arbitrator may grant temporary or permanent injunction or other equitable relief.

(ii)   Issues of arbitrarily shall be determined in accordance with the federal substantive and procedural laws relating to arbitration.  All other aspects of the Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with, and the arbitrator shall apply and be bound to follow, the substantive laws of the State of Washington.  The arbitrator shall award attorneys’ fees to the prevailing party together with all costs associated with negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and other costs and expenses shall be borne as provided by the rules of a Christian based arbitration association.
