- The 100-hour distant learning teacher training includes 5 interactive modules that cover a variety of yoga styles including restorative yoga and elements of Vinyasa Flow, all taught through a biblical lens.

- This training contains a wide variety of subject matter from a biblical perspective, including teaching methodology, the human body, physical practice, and breathing exercises.
